Recently, a group of 40 seniors from Lions Befrienders spent an enjoyable Saturday morning with our Secondary 2 students who planned a series of engaging activities and performances to keep the seniors entertained.

Active Health Coaches in Sport Singapore spent an afternoon with staff & volunteers from Esther & Lions Befrienders AAC to train them to assist members in their activity centres to perform simple exercises & maintain an active lifestyle.

On 11 July, Alexandra Hospital’s (AH) Dietetics Department and Queenstown community partners @lionsbefrienders, and our special guest, Mr @ericchuasl.sg, Queenstown ward’s Adviser, unveiled a first community-crafted cookbook where heritage meets health.
