Creating safe havens for seniors: How she’s passing on her father’s legacy gift to help Singaporeans.

LCS Bedok: We came together to serve the LB Clementi Cluster seniors across three AACs at Block 344, 366, and 420A. The atmosphere was warm and grateful as we distributed hearty meals and fresh vegetables to 140 deserving seniors.

LCS Meyer: We had a TCM health talk this month by Physician Lee Hui Min on how TCM helps with Back Pain for seniors at LB AAC @ Bendemeer 32 while those from LB AAC @ Ang Mo Kio 318 joined this activity via ZOOM!

LCS Bedok: Our chair yoga session was a success, as 27 seniors from LB AAC @ Clementi 344 gathered at Blk 336 Clementi Ave 2 Pavilion for an uplifting morning of gentle stretches and mindfulness!

Recently, The Fish Farmer together with Lions Befrienders visited TikTok SG office in regards to promoting local produce amongst a group of senior citizens and also to enable them to enjoy meaningful enriching lives.

LCS Bedok: We hosted another heartwarming Communal Tea Break for 180 seniors from the Lions Befrienders Clementi Cluster of Active Aging Centres at Blk 344, 366 & 420A.

LCS Bedok: We held another rejuvenating Chair Yoga session at Blk 23B Queen’s Close Void Deck for the seniors from LB AAC @ Mei Ling 150! We were thrilled to welcome 27 enthusiastic seniors who joined us for a morning of gentle stretching and mindful breathing.

Concluded the AGM and Management Board election for Lions Befrienders, with around 300 registered voting representatives from Lions Clubs in Singapore chaired by Chairman, Alex Lim, and graced by Ex Officio District Governor, Shirley Lee.
