Job Title : Programme Executive (Senior Activity Centre)

Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you are required plan and co-ordinate the programmes and activities conducted for the seniors at the Senior Activity Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement programmes and activities to engage the seniors in meaningful and interactive ways.
  • Assist Centre Manager with monthly reporting requirements and in maintaining the database.
  • Conduct outreach in the neighbourhood to the recruit new members for the SAC
  • Manage the Alert Alarm System during the Centre’s operating hours to ensure that prompt assistance is rendered when necessary.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s):

  • Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • At least 1 year of experience in conducting programmes
  • Good understanding of working with older persons
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Social & Counselling Service or equivalent.
